          Health Guarantee/Purchase Agreement/Conditions of Sale.

The SELLER guarantees the puppy to be healthy at the time of the sale. The SELLER does not assume any liability for any injury to said dog after delivery, the puppy is guaranteed to be in good health and checked by our certified veterinarian. The puppy is up to date on all shots and deworming. The SELLER guarantees at any time during the puppy's life, if the pup is found not to be compatible with the situation of the original purchaser or the owner can't take care of the dog anymore, the dog can be returned to us.

Lifetime Breeder Support Call, Email or Text any time you have a question or a problem, no matter how insignificant it may seem. We would be happy to give our advice to try to solve the issue. We are always happy to try to help The BUYER agrees to hold all responsibility for the puppy's safety and well-being from the point of leaving the seller's property. The SELLER will not be held responsible for any contagious or infectious diseases this puppy may be exposed to after leaving the breeder's property. The BUYER agrees to have this dog examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours after delivery, If the dog is not examined by a vet within the 72-hour timeline, then this health guarantee is considered null and void, proof of the vet visit and results of health exam must be emailed to the breeder at franklindobermans@gmail.com

The BUYER understands that it is the buyer's responsibility to personally inspect the dog and to have the dog examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72hrs of possession, any claims of unsatisfactory health must be made in writing within these first 72hrs of possession. If the health of the animal is found to be unsatisfactory by veterinarian a documented in writing with a copy provided to the seller, the buyer may return the dog immediately to the seller. Seller is not responsible for transportation fees.

The BUYER agrees to continue the proper vaccinations, worming-heartworm prevention, adequate exercise and socializing to ensure the proper health and behavior of your new puppy. The BUYER agrees to hereby waive and release the seller from any liability of any nature, for any injury or damage or loss the dog may suffer or cause, directly or indirectly, to any property or person, including specifically, but without limitation, any injury or damage resulting from the action of the dog.

If a life-threatening illness or defect is discovered prior to buyer receiving the puppy, we will offer a full refund, SELLER reserves the right to cancel sale at any given time if he/she decides this would be in the best interest of the dog. In this case all money would be returned to potential buyer.

If the dog develops a severe genetic health disorder that affect his/her quality of life before 24 months of age, the seller agrees to replace the dog as soon as one comes available. No refunds will be allowed. A replacement dog would be of equal value pick and sex of the replaced dog from an available breeding. Proof of such condition will be required from approved lab or necropsy will be required in case of death.

This contract does not guarantee against ANY transmittable diseases except in the 72-hour period after delivery. This guarantee does not cover: Kennel cough, giardia, coccidia, worms or any type of internal or external parasite as these can be picked up after leaving the breeder, pneumonia, allergies, demodex, mange, parvo-virus, heart murmur grades 1, 2 & 3, patella lunation grades 1, 2 & 3, umbilical hernia, entropion, cancer, tumors, growths, scabies, mite related illness, any other autoimmune disorders viral or bacterial infections, hypoglycemia, thyroid dysfunction and partial or total cryptorchidism. It also does not cover anything as a result of accident or injury.

Limited registration: The BUYER agrees to spay/neuter by the age of 2. The BUYER understand this dog cannot be use for breeding purposes,( you wont be able to register the litter with limited registration) and the dog will come with a limited registration.

Full registration is available at breeders discretion to approved and experienced homes. Full registration fee is $1000 

The BUYER is not allowed to sell or rehome the puppy without consent from the SELLER.

Shipping of this puppy by air carrier or puppy nanny is at the risk of the buyer and provided by buyer. We will meet you at the nearest airport ( MSI airport). All precautions will be taken to assure that buyer's puppy is properly crated and cared for. The Seller/Franklin Dobermans is not responsible for any unforeseen occurrence on the part of the air carrier, air personnel, airport handlers, delays in air travel, overnight expenses, etc. and the balance due must be pay in full the day before delivery of the puppy is made.

*No money paid toward the balance or deposit of a puppy will be returned to the buyer in the case that they change their mind, before puppy is delivered, as we have to find a new home for the puppy and our time is valuable, a credit towards another puppy can be an option. Due to limited yearly breeding, the Seller has up to two years to provide a puppy after the deposit is received.

The BUYER and SELLER contains the entire agreement of both parties and shall be constructed and enforced in accordance with the law of the State of Louisiana, both parties specifically agree that there are no other agreements other than those set forth in this document, any legal action filed by either party in effort to enforce this contract will be file in Sellers parish/county at that moment. Each party acknowledges that they have read and understand the terms and conditions agreement and have voluntarily entered into and executed this agreement.

By accepting these terms/conditions it indicates that you have read, agree, and do understand all conditions of this agreement on the Health Guarantee/Purchase Agreement/Conditions of Sale.
