Thank you so much for your interest in Custom Cookies! I am a small Cottage Baker and everything that comes from Jones Cookie Co. comes from my home with love. I am currently booked through the end of 2021. Custom orders must be placed at least 3 weeks in advance of your event. I am a stay at home mom first and foremost, you can expect a response within 7 business days.

Custom Cookies
They are just that, custom. I cannot guarantee to exactly match a color. I will not copy someone else's work, as I make cookies that are totally unique for your event. I will do my best to make you happy and creating the perfect set is very important to me! This order form is what I will refer back to when designing so if it's an important element, please list it here. Once they are set out for pickup, I will not change or refund your order. These take 3-4 days from start to finish so I cannot remake them.

I will reach out via preferred contact information to finalize time for pickup and to give the pickup address once deposit is received. Orders not picked up in the agreed upon time frame will not be refunded. I understand that sometimes things happen and running behind cannot be avoided but let me know.

Invoice
Once we finalize your custom order, I will send you an invoice for your non refundable deposit. Your cookie order does not get put on my calendar until you have paid your deposit. You will have 48 hours from the time I send the invoice to pay it, otherwise your date will not be secured and the next person in line will take your spot. I do have a waiting list so this is important! The rest of the payment is due 2 weeks before your pickup date.
