ALL GUESTS over 18 are required to read and complete this form to use the pool house facilities at Mosier Creek Place. The use of the MCCA facilities is AT YOUR OWN RISK AS NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY. Guests are responsible for minor guests under their supervision. Minors (UNDER 18) must be supervised at all times.
Facility Usage Guidelines:
- Pool is solar-heated and typically open from late spring to early fall. However, it may be closed at any time for maintenance or as deemed necessary by the pool manager, property manager, or HOA board.
- The spa and gym are generally open year-round but may be closed for maintenance or other reasons at any time.
- Condo owners/hosts have no control over whether the facilities are available or not.
- Entrance requires a one-letter & four-digit code. Once you submit this form, the code for the gate will be displayed on your screen. Please make a note of the code at that time, as it is the only instance where it will be provided.
- Guests will be held responsible for any damage to pool facilities and may be charged accordingly. The MCCA reserves the right to revoke access for any guest at any time for any reason.
- If there is behavior not in compliance with the pool & spa guidelines and rules, please contact your host immediately.
- GUEST HOURS FOR POOL HOUSE FACILITIES: 9AM-9PM ONLY.
Facility Rules:
- Only registered guests on file with the MCCA are allowed to use the pool, gym, and spa facilities after completing this registration form.
- Maximum 6 people per unit are allowed in the facility at the same time.
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
- No running or rough play allowed.
- Intoxicated persons are not allowed in the facility.
- No glass containers in the facility.
- No food allowed in the facility - food should be eaten outside the gated area.
- Do not use the pool or spa if you've been ill in the past 10 days.
- No smoking (of any kind) is allowed in the facility.
- Before leaving, pack up all belongings, take out any trash, ensure the spa cover is on, lights are off, and the entry gate is securely closed.
- Please be respectful of those around you and considerate of your use of chairs, chaises, and noise.
- Persons with a communicable disease that can be transmitted through water may not use the pool or spa.
- Children must be supervised in the restroom. Used/wet swim diapers should not be disposed of in the facility garbage cans.
Pool-specific Rules:
- Shower before entering the pool.
- Swimmers not toilet trained must wear swim diaper.
- No diving into the pool.
- Do not step on or play with the pool cover or the silver metal pool covers (on far side of pool).
- Only trained personnel (owners, pool manager, property manager, or the HOA board) are authorized to operate the electric pool cover. Guests are not permitted to do so.
Spa Rules:
- Shower before entering spa.
- Do not use the spa alone.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Spa use should be limited to 20 minutes per session.
- Pregnant or elderly persons, or those with medical conditions (such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or on specific medications) should consult with a physician before use.
- After using the spa, replace the floating cover and ensure the lights are turned off.
Gym Rules:
- No minors allowed without adult supervision.
- Clean up after working out. Wipe down and put away all equipment used during your session.
- Turn off lights and report any equipment issues to your host.
Emergency Response:
- A 911 communicator is located next to the gym door for emergencies.
- Call 911 directly if the communicator is not working.
- Communicate the nature of the emergency and the location: 35 Mosier Creek Place.
Security Cameras:
- Security cameras are active in the pool, spa and gym areas for your protection.
Guest Acknowledgement:
I have read and understood the rules and guidelines of the MCCA pool, spa and gym facilitites. I acknowledge that use of the facilities is at my own risk, and I agree to abide by these rules.
