Fair Guidelines

The fair will held at Hangar 24, 17877 Von Karman Ave Unit 110, Irvine, CA 92614, on Saturday, June 17th, from 6:00 - 8:00pm.
Admission and vendor registration is free.
Vendors are required to clean up their booths as well as their surrounding area. No trash, food, or drinks should be left behind.
All products and foods sold must be legal, safe, and age-appropriate. Desserts can be sold at the fair, but no other food or drink should be distributed or sold. Food vendors will be required to acquire a California Food Handling Permit found here:

Safe games are allowed.
Children vendors and parents are responsible for their own booths. Parent supervision is required for each vendor at all times during the fair. However, we encourage children to take charge of their own booth.
Each attendee(s) will be responsible for bringing their own tables or chairs or any items required to sell their products. Be sure to bring a cash box or a means to store the money you earn. Please also bring your own EZ-Ups if needed.
Performers are required to bring any equipment they may need, instruments, music stands, microphones, etc. Chairs and other furniture doesn't need to be brought.
Please stay at home if experiencing or showing signs of any sickness, including COVID-19 (cough, fever, nausea, dizziness, loss of taste, etc.)
