    Welcome! I am so excited you've found your way to me. This is the first step in setting up a visit with me. Please take the time to give me as much detail as possible so that I can make sure I am a good fit to make your hair dreams come true. After you have submitted your new client request, you can setup an appointment through my booking site. Please note that If I feel that I am unable to services your request, I will do my best to guide you to someone who can.

    All new guest appointments made without filling this form will automatically be denied. I must have this information before being able to accept your appointment to insure we are a good match.

  • I understand that this consultation form does not guarantee me an appointment with Kristen. This form and the information gathered is to help Kristen decide if she can properly deliver the hair dreams I have.
  • All new client request forms are reviewed and responded to on Mondays. If your Kristen feels she's not the right fit for you, she will reach out directly to help find you someone who may better serve your needs. For approved clients, your appointment request will be approved via Kristen's booking system.
  • Policies

    DEPOSITS: All first time color clients are required to pay a $50 non refundable deposit prior to their color appointment being approved. (Payments can be paid through Venmo, ApplePay, SquareCash, Zelle or Cash.) This deposit is applied to the cost of your service, but is in no way refundable. If you cancel or no-show, the deposit covers the cost of lost time and wages. Rebooking will require a new deposit.
  • Sickness:

    If you are showing any Cold, Flu or Covid symptoms OR have been in known contact with someone who has tested positive, I politely ask that you reschedule your appointment for the safety of my family, as well as my coworkers and fellow guests. When cancelling for sickness, your deposit will roll over to your new appointment. If you have come in contact with a positive case and are willing to show a negative covid test, I will honor your existing appointment.
