NB: It is mandatory that all certificates for UKATA approved training are produced on the Certificate Generator.

The information we are requesting on this form in relation to the website will enable us to add your details to the Membership Directory and the Find a Training Provider search facility on the UKATA website.

We receive a great amount of traffic to our website on a weekly/monthly basis, in particular, the main reason visitors come to our website is to locate a UKATA approved asbestos training provider. The industry also looks to our website in order to authenticate your membership. It is therefore imperative that members information is visible to visitors and in order to ensure we display the correct details in the public domain.

NB: Consider the customers’ experience/perspective when contacting your organisation eg: getting through to the correct person who can answer the enquiry without having to be redirected.

Certificate Generator Users* This field is required.User - a user will be able to view, edit and delete tutors and contacts. Viewer - a viewer will only be able to view tutors progress of tutor knowledge tests and edit their own contact details. Create Certificates - the user will be able to view and create certificates for the member. Please confirm the user type, name and email address. *Important Note: Only representatives of the Member company i.e. employees and Directors, are permitted access to the Certificate Generator. Members must not allow any outside organisation to utilise their login details and access the Certificate Generator. Any Member disclosing their Certificate Generator login details to another company or person without the express permission of UKATA will be subject to Sanctions being applied.
