Complete this form to request Girl Scout Shop items for pick-up at one of our shop locations or shipping to your address. After submitting the form you will recieve a call from Girl Scouts River Valleys within 3-5 business days to confirm your order and collect payment information.

Please note: At this time, we are unable to process paper program credits for pick-up orders. Pick-up option is available for purchases with a credit/debit card and/or electronic program credits only. Please visit us in one of our shop locations to use paper program credits.
