Bulldog Adjusters is currently hiring an Assistant Claims Negotiator.
In this role, you will work closely with our team of claim processors to communicate with the insurance during the negotiation phase of the claims process. You will be a vital part of our team and work under the supervision of the Director of Operations.
Paid training will be provided for the right candidate but must have some industry knowledge, and we will assist with obtaining your public adjuster's license as well.
Duties and responsibilities
- Understand all the details of the claims you are working on
- Contact insurance companies to negotiate claim settlements
- Obtain offers and propose counteroffers when applicable
When at an impasse, determine the best course of action for the claim
- Assist with relaying updates, offers, and course of action to clients
- Assist management with creating and presenting arguments
- Assist management with other duties when requested
