The ACP is a federal program funded by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act that became law in November 2021 that reduces the customer’s broadband Internet Service bill for eligible households. The customer may obtain ACP-supported broadband service from any participating provider of their choosing and may transfer their ACP benefit to another provider at any time. The ACP will start December 31, 2021 and will expire if/when the federal program is ended by Congress.
Pulse will give notice regarding the last date or billing cycle where the Customer will receive the full benefit as well as information about the cost of Internet service after the program ends.
Customers must opt-in to continue Internet services after the program expires. Pulse will stop providing Internet service to the Customer at the conclusion of the ACP unless the Customer agrees to continue receiving service. Customers who subscribed to Pulse services before commencement of the ACP must also opt-in to the continuation of services after the program ends. Upon cancellation or termination of the service, Customer shall return Equipment within seven (7) days to Pulse at 2695 W Eisenhower Blvd. Suite 200, Loveland, CO.
Pulse will provide up to a $30 per month discount towards Internet plans for eligible households. This discount will show up as a credit on your monthly bill.
Customers are limited to one monthly service discount per eligible households. Customers are responsible for any monthly cost for services above the ACP discount amount. ACP discounts may not be combined with any other Pulse discount.
The service address must be in a fiber-enabled service area. Customers must be currently receiving Lifeline benefits or complete an online or mail application for the ACP at ACPBenefit.org and receive eligibility approval prior to enrollment in the ACP with Pulse.
