Brier Creek Host a Kids Pool Party Request Form

Summer Time Fun!

Simply complete the form and Brier will do the rest.

All pool parties will be held at the splash zone. The party host will cover the $5 guest fee for all non-members once the final guest count is given three days before the party. The maximum guest list is 30, which includes adults and children. Please confirm your decorations with the Private Events Coordinator prior to. The party host is responsible for all decoration clean up. The date you request is not confirmed until you hear from a member of our team.

Pool Parties are available for Members

on Fridays and Saturdays between 9am - 11:45am, 1pm - 3:45pm, or 5pm - 8pm ONLY.

24 hour cancellation policy; cancellation requests must be submitted via email to the private events department (mariah.kelly@invitedclubs.com) Weather cancellations require a 40% chance of rain the day of the event.

Let us provide your party food!

All pool parties must meet the $250 food and beverage minimum on Fridays at 9am and 1pm and $275 at 5pm and $300 food and beverage minimum on Saturdays at 9am and 1pm and $325 at 5pm, plus 22% service charge and taxes. No outside food or beverages are allowed with the exception of a birthday cake. Final guest count is due 72 hours in advance of event date to the Private Events Team. If you wish to supply themed plates or cups, please remember plastic only.
