Lenders, Please provide the following applicable documents for the Cross Qualification.
Conventional, FHA, VA or Jumbo AUS:
- Completed AUS Findings
- 30 days of all borrowers' paystubs (or WVOE)
- Most recent W2's for all jobs (1 or 2 years per AUS findings)
- Proof of all funds to close (or gift funds) per AUS
- If Self Employed: Most recent business and personal tax returns (1 or 2 years per AUS findings)
- Any additional unique/pertinent income/asset qualification documents for approval
Jumbo (Non-AUS):
- All items listed for Conventional (except AUS Findings)
- Credit Report
Bank Statement or Other Non-QM:
- Income) worksheet
- Proof of funds to close
- 2 bank statements for all asset-based or bank statement loans
- DSCR - rents needed for qualification
- Intended Investor (if brokering)
- VOE (if using a VOE-only program)
- P+L (if using P&L-Only program)
