Conventional, FHA, VA or Jumbo AUS
- AUS - Make sure its complete
- Paystubs 30 days or
- VOE
- Proof of all Funds to close, or Gift info in AUS.
If Self Employed - K1, Sch E or C and First 2 pages of Cop Returns
- Profit and Loss for the current year.
Jumbo (Non-AUS):
- Credit Report
- Same as Conventional (except AUS)
Bank Statement or Other Non-QM
- Income worksheet
- Proof of funds to Close
- 2 bank statements for all asset-based or Bank Statement loans
- DSCR - Rent needed for qualification
- Intended Investor if brokering
