Menu Requests:
The standard package for banquet includes:
- One standard entree
- Two vegetables (side dishes)
- Tossed salad with assorted dressings
- Rolls
- Two standard desserts
- Beverages (sweet & unsweet tea, lemonade, water)
- Event space with tables and chairs
- Podium (if requested)
- A/V including sound system and projector(s) for groups of 25+
The following are available at an additional cost:
- Additional entree, side or dessert
- Premium menus (Steaks, Prime Rib, Turkey & Dressing meal)
- Custom menus (please check with Center about availability and costs)
- Fire in fireplace (available in winter months only, $25 min for fire)
