Refunds will be issued to the original payment account used for the transaction. If the original account is no longer active or accessible, the refund may be processed to an alternative account nominated by the original payer. In such cases, the original payer must provide written confirmation and supporting evidence to validate the inaccessibility of the original account and to authorize the alternative account for the refund. Refunds are processed in line with the Refund Policy. If the application for course amendment is approved by the institute, and the student is eligible for a refund, any refunds are processed within 28 days of receiving the written request via the Refund Application Form.
