Agreement Terms
1. I acknowledge that should there be a need I will submit my application documents in original hardcopy to REVOLUTION Media Academy in addition to my online submission. This includes the following documents: Academic Certificate Certified True Copy, Student Contract, ID Copy and statement of result. The originals are to be Emailed or Couriered to the address: Admission office: Revolution Media House, 111 Smit Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg. I understand and agree that in accordance with the academy’s admission policy as well as regulatory requirements governed by the Media information communication sector education training Authority and Quality Council of Trade and Occupations and the Department of Higher Education, my candidature to a course may be revoked as a result of my failure to do so.
2. I declare that all the information provided by me is accurate and complete. I understand that Revolution Media Academy reserves the rights to verify with the relevant parties the accuracy of the information provided. I Agree to abide by the decision of REVOLUTION Media Academy on my eligibility for a program that I applied for. By completing this application, I give consent to REVOLUTION Media Academy to contact with regards to matters pertaining to my application and to use the information provided in this application for the purpose of supporting my studies.
3. I acknowledge that if I am accepted into the programme and fail to make payment within the stipulated dates as per the fee schedule and the conditional acceptance letter, I will automatically be moved to the next payment plan. A non-refundable registration fee is included in all fees. All deposits and emails for REVOLUTION must clearly state the student’s ID number or student number (where applicable). All proof of payment should be sent to registrations@revolution.edu.za
