As you are aware, eDreams erroneously issued tickets for FlySafair flights during a period where FlySafair's systems were unfortunately unavailable due to a major technological event that impacted our booking system providers on an international basis.
As a result, eDreams were never able to confirm a reservation with FlySafair for you.
FlySafair has been in contact with eDreams to correct this situation. They have confirmed that the error lies on their side and that they will be refunding these customers accordingly. At this stage, they have been unable to commit to any timelines in this regard.
