By agreeing to this statement, I confirm that I have read and understood the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) policy as outlined on the YWAM Bridges website (link to here), and agree to having my data recorded and kept in alignment with the policy guidelines. I understand the rights that I have concerning my personal data and my rights in communicating about my personal data. I understand that YWAM Bridges of Life are committed to follow France’s GDPR regulatory body’s lawful expectations as to how GDPR is applied.

Joining Our Association: Jeunesse En Mission, Ponts de Vie.

By agreeing to this statement, I confirm that I am invited and accept the invitation to join Jeunesse En Mission, Ponts de Vie. I understand that this is a legal requirement in order to live and operate in the grounds that the association owns. I understand that by accepting this invitation, a record of my full name and email address will be kept for as long as I am a member of the association for legal purposes. I understand that I have the right to leave the association at any time, however must give written confirmation that I am doing so to the president of the association or via email to info@ywambridges.com.

Release of Liability

I do hereby release Youth With A Mission, its agents employees and volunteer assistants from any liability whatsoever arising out of any injury, damage or loss which may be sustained by said person during the course of involvement with Youth With A Mission.

Although it is most unlikely that anyone would pass away during their time of participation in YWAM activities, existing laws regarding burial make it necessary to consider this possibility prior to travel abroad. In many countries in which YWAM works, burial must take place within 24 hours of death, making it impossible to make arrangements for returning the body to the home country, and burial therefore taking place in the region. In those instances, in which arrangements to repatriate the body can be made it is invariably very expensive, some countries requiring that a person accompany the deceased. For this reason, we cannot guarantee repatriation, and would ask you to agree to the following: In the event of my death, I give my permission to be buried in the country of my death unless my family wishes to repatriate the body at their own expense. If, on the contrary, I desire to bear this expense myself, I agree to take an insurance covering this eventuality.

Media Release

This release applies specifically and only to photographic, audio or video recordings collected as part of my time with Youth With A Mission Bridges of Life.

I hereby grant permission to the rights of my image, likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or in video without payment or any other consideration. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed, and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive the right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording. I also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographical area.

By agreeing to this release I understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of me may be electronically displayed via the internet, social media, or in the public educational setting. Furthermore I agree that there is to be no time limit on the validity of this release, nor is there any geographical limitation on where these materials may be distributed.

By agreeing to this release, I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. I hereby release any and all claims against any person or organisation utilising this material for educational or publicity purposes.

Final Acknowledgement

I have answered all of the above statements with an agreement or disagreement, and if I am accepted, I commit myself to respect the regulations and the spirit of YWAM Bridges of Life.
