As part of its Summer Festivals 2021, the City of Malden is inviting local visual artists, artisans, and interactive arts facilitators to apply to demonstrate and/or sell their work along the main streets of Malden as part of a spontaneous “open house,” referred to as Summer Festivals 2021. Those who demonstrate and/or have an interactive component to their presence at the festival may be eligible for a $50 stipend. There is no fee to participate. Please note, the UMA arts/culture team will not coordinate stations on July 24 or August 21. We will, however, pass along your interest and information from this form to the City of Malden's coordinating team.
