4x4 Winter League 2024 Registration Form

Season is 24 Games - 2- 20min games/week with a 10min warm up before the first 2 games. First weekend of play will be November 9th
Due to a last-minute scheduling change, the league will run on weekends
- Players are expected to be at as many games as possible
- Without you, your team will play short-handed
- There will be no fee adjustment if you can't make all the games
- Only 1 non-playing coach/team for the U15 & U17 teams
- Jr & Sr team Coaches are players
