Children’s Activities in the Park | July 19, 2025 | City Park | 49 South Main Street | 9:30am - 12pm
Booth spaces are 10 feet by 10 feet. You will need to provide your own pop-up tent, tables, chairs, and extension cord if electricity is needed. We do not charge a vendor fee for this event as we expect vendors to provide an activity, prize or treat to the children attending.
Vendor spaces will be spread around the big tent. We will do our best to make sure you are not right next to a similar business.
Set-up time begins at 7:30am. Please have your booth ready to go by 9:00am. The Children's Parade starts at 9:00am and ends at the City Park around 9:30am. Once the parade is over, children will start coming to your booth. We will provide bags for kids at the information booth (this is also lost and found) on the stage to hold all their prizes if needed. You may also provide bags at your booth if you wish.
Clean-up begins at 12:15pm. Please use the dumpsters located along Center Street for ALL boxes and large items. All boxes MUST be broken down and large items smashed prior to placing in the dumpster. No boxes or large items should be sitting next to or in garbage totes.
If your schedule changes, please contact us no later than July 1 to cancel your booth so we can accommodate those on the waiting list.
