    This form is for main campus graduate students requesting to take courses within the School of Professional Studies (SPS). Note that SPS may have different start, drop, and/or withdrawal dates. Main campus students will be charged main campus tuition rates. If approved, you will be given access to self-register and then will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. NOTE: Fall registration opens 5/22/23.

    NOTE:The specific course information can be found on the online schedule of classes at: SPS Course Registration Guide  Please verify it is a VU class offered via SPS/Online when submitting this form. The Campus Location must indicate SPS Online, ADCAP, or SPS Northeast.
