OFFICE POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Crazy8 Ministries desires to stand for excellence and to help train and equip others to be good stewards of the gifts and blessings of God. Part of that means setting standards for the care and upkeep of the facilities God has blessed us with.

Ministry heads are responsible for ensuring their ministry's areas are cleaned. This may require shared duties with all staff & volunteers.
The upstairs area is a quiet zone.
No hanging anything (signs or pictures) on walls are allowed without getting prior approval. Use bulletin board in main hallway to display signs/flyers once approved.
Before scheduling events & trainings, ensure to review the community calendar for office space & staff availability.
No added furniture or décor to office spaces with our prior approval.
The front door should remain locked other than during business hours.
The back doors should always remain locked.
The AC/HEAT should only be on when there are people in the building. If you are the last out, please be sure to turn it off unless it is PRESET.
Nothing is to be taken in or out of storage without prior approval.
Let receptionist know if there is something that needs to be added to the ministry shopping list. Shopping is done the first of each week. Do not purchase items for the ministry without prior approval.
No consuming alcohol when working as Crazy8 Ministries at a community event.
No standing, playing or sitting ON or IN water feature in backyard.
