What should we roast next?
We want to let you know what we decide. You'll be added to our mothly-ish newsletter but can always unsubscribe.
Which coffee(s) should we roast next, and do you think we should make them a permanent offering?
I'm not a fan.
Brazil Bela Vista Yellow Bourbon Honey
Notes of red fruit, a mild acidity, and a creamy body.
Indian Mysore Nuggets (Peaberry)
Body, brightness, and spiciness that is very middle eastern, reminiscent of Turkish coffee from a drip pot
Kona Purple Mountain Organic
Sweet and chocolatey with fruity undertones.
El Salvador Finca La Esperanza RFA SHG
Brown sugar, cherry, and green apple with high acidity, medium body, and above average sweetness.
Deep and rich in flavor with lots of spices and herbs
Kenya Organic Muiri Estate
Balanced and complex with notes of plum, citrus and honey, floral qualities, a chocolate-toned body with a strawberry, almost wine-like acidity
Papua New Guinea Organic Purosa AX FTO
Cane sugar sweetness, medium acidity and creamy body with sweet caramel overtones and a slight cocoa note on the finish.
