What type of gifts do you deliver?

Any hamper that requires same day deliveries with careful handling or has something perishable, is delivered by JD flawlessly. Ideal for gift hampers, floral bouquets, chocolates, wedding invites, balloon hampers, PR & influencer gifts, meal hamper deliveries.  

What cities are you available in?

We are available in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore & Delhi. 

What vehicles do you use for deliveries?

We have various types of vehicles ranging from Bikers to AC Vans to Ambient Vehicles as well as Reefer vehicles if required.

How does JD handle Fragile Hampers?

Our vehicles are specialized AC vehicles with a strong flat base to safely keep the hampers on. The AC helps in keeping your floral hampers fresh and chocolates intact. We also provide Ice Panels and Ice Boxes for ice cream hampers.

What about delivery intimation / Proof of delivery?

On each delivery, a photograph is taken if given to security or staff. This photo is shared on a WhatsApp group as well as on email with you. This way you get real time updates and know that each gift is delivered in perfect condition. Additionally, each recipient is called to inform them of the delivery. Certain VIP numbers, a different protocol is followed.

What is the process?

Enter your gift details using the gift booking link to generate quotation. Book your slots by paying 50% advance. JD operations manages segregation of addresses and routing. Day wise van wise schedules are shared with you. Pick up is done and POD is shared as described above.

What happens in case of Returned Gifts/Hampers?

In case of any returns (house locked, address changed), the gifts/hampers is returned safely to the client at additional delivery charges. We also manage redeliveries in case of shifted address.

What is the average quote and the payment terms?

Quotation depend on factors like number of deliveries, size of hamper, etc. All quotations are automated via gift booking link. Payments are 50% advance to block slots, balance on completion.

What extra charges do we have to bear?

In case of delay in pick up, waiting charges of Rs.500 / hour will be levied. We also offer insurance at 2% of hamper value in case required for highly valuable gifts. Entry charges in some parts of Delhi NCR will be charged on actuals.
