Here are the steps on how to download your videos.1. On your Furbo’s homescreen, tap the type of cloud recording videos you wish to see (All, Barking, Dog Activity, Person, Selfie, Emergency). 2. Scroll to choose the cloud recording videos you wish to save. 3. Tap the “ELLIPSIS” icon (⋮) that you wish to download on your Furbo app. 4. A pop-up message will appear, tap “DOWNLOAD” to save the Cloud Recording to your phone.
