CUDA.jl 3.0 Features: Concurrent and Parallel GPU Programming
Julia Computing Webinar
When: Tue May 25 2021
Time: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM US Eastern
Where: Online
The latest major release of CUDA.jl, version 3.0, contains several new features that greatly improve usability and performance. In this webinar, we will demonstrate how to use Julia tasks and threads with GPU applications, enabling concurrent and parallel GPU programming for better performance and multi-GPU programming.
Presenter: Dr. Tim Besard is a software engineer at Julia Computing, working on GPU support for the Julia language. He holds a Ph.D. in computer science engineering from Ghent University, Belgium, for research on abstractions to program hardware accelerators in high-level programming languages.
