AMP
The 2021 AMP will take place in Wheeling, WV July 11-16th through the Appalachia Institute at Wheeling University. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in several service opportunities but also to explore issues impacting the community such as public and environmental health issues. Through prayer and reflection, attendees will be invited to explore the issues facing the community and the ways they can have a positive impact both during and after the experience.
The cost to attend is $350. This will cover the costs for food, lodging and traveling for the week. If cost is a barrier, please contact Robby Francis (francis@bellarminechapel.org) about possible options. Due to COVID, there are only a limited number of spots available for this week and will be filled based on a first come first serve basis. Once these spots are filled, a waiting list will be created. At some point after registering, attendees will be sent a link to put down a deposit to secure their spot.
A pre-AMP gathering will happen on Sunday, June 27 at 4:30 PM. This will be a time for attendees to meet with each other, learn more about the community we will be visiting, and pray.
