Service Unit Bonus

Service Units must meet all requirements as shown below, and submit the Service Unit Bonus form by March 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. to earn up to $0.25 per case sold. Each category is worth $0.05. In order to qualify for the SU Bonus, your Service Unit must be a functioning Service Unit. This means at least one volunteer assigned to each of the following roles in myGS: Service Unit Manager, Service Unit Treasurer, and Service Unit Product Program Manager position by October 17th, 2025.

1 - Have at least 80% girl participation during the Cookie Program. Participation = selling at least one package OR reach your SU goal set by Council.*

The Parent Debt Procedure is required by Council for parents/caregivers that are not pre-paying for cookies througout the Cookie Program.
5 - Submit Delinquent Account Form by March 9th for all troops that completed the Delinquent Reduction Form for the Initial and/or Final ACH. *
