Learn about the many communities, both human and non-human, the Fraser River is shaped by and supports as you stroll down the New West boardwalk.

Intended for an adult audience but suitable for all ages.

*Quayside Walking Tours take place outdoors, rain or shine, so dress for the weather.

Please note: this is a booking request only!

General Information:
- Pre-registration is required.
- Tours are typically 1-1.5 hours long.
- Registration cost: $5.00 per person. Free for children under two (2).
- Masks are recommended for all participants over five (5).
- The FRDC does not have public parking due to ongoing construction. Nearby parking options include the River Market (900 Quayside Dr) and Anvil Centre (777 Columbia St). The tour ends just past the Quayside Park playground. You may wish to park your car near this end; the walk back to the FRDC is approximately 20min.
If you are unable to make it for your tour, please let FRDC staff know at your earliest convenience!

If you are unable to attend, the fee will be applied to general admission for your next visit to the Centre.
