Fee structures

Adaptive Adventures Clients are required to register for Annual Membership. Membership fees are paid for separately ($15 2025/26 season, $5 for renewal after that). If you do not have a current membership, please contact the office for the registration and payment information.
Adaptive Adventures is a non-profit organization that depends on client and community support to operate. There is no price difference between activity types (e.g. paddling trip and cycling trip are equivalent fees).

Trip fees for 2025/26 season:
- Single trip fee: $30
- 4 trip package: $99
- 8 trip package: $179
- Unlimited membership: $535 (contact CRIS Office to enquire).
If costs are a barrier to accessing Adaptive Outdoor Rec programs, please contact the Adaptive Adventures office and inquire about our #getoutside fund to help support your costs. This was generously funded by Sunbelt rentals.

We would love to work with you to remove barriers to accessing the outdoors.

For Adaptive Adventures Trip cancellations
- Outside of 48h, credit will be provided towards future trips*
- Inside 48h, no refund or credit will be provided*
- Made by Adaptive Adventures, credit for a future trip will be provided
*For cancellations due to illness, credit towards a future trip will be provided

Any decisions on refunds and exceptions to this policy must be made in consultation with Adaptive Adventures programming management.
