    Every project must show investment and improvement in Local Economic Development, Increased Community Capacity, and Enhanced Environmental Quality. If you would like assistance in developing your project further to include the three required goals, please contact us in advance. Proposals submitted that do NOT include all three goals will not meet the criteria for funding.

    By submitting this application, you are agreeing to release this information to the grantor for the purposes of requesting funds from the Cumberland Forest Community Fund (CFCF). You are certifying that have the authority to request these funds and/or act as point of contact on behalf of the business or organization applying. All eligible applications received by the deadline will be reviewed by the Clinch-Powell CFCF Committee. Applicants may be contacted for additional information or further proposal development. There is no guarantee funds will be awarded if proposals do not meet the criteria and/or quality standards required, and decisions are at the discretion of the CFCF Committee. Final selections will be announced in July 2026. Please ensure your Point of Contact information is accurate in case we need to reach out with clarifying questions or request additional information during the application review period.
