Parent involvement is imperative for a successful ministry.
Jewels for Jesus (JFJ) Agreement Form

This agreement outlines the expectations and responsibilities of the Jewels for Jesus Ministry at Community Missionary Baptist Church. The purpose of the ministry is to mentor young ladies and guide them toward becoming exemplary individuals in all aspects of life.

Parental Involvement:
Parents commitment to supporting and reinforcing the standards outlined in this agreement is vital to the success of the ministry.

JFJ Responsibilities:
1. JFJ members will undergo training and receive guidelines by attending each schedule meeting, attending the planned events. Participation in classes and involvement in events and activities to enhance their growth.

2. School participation
JFJ members are responsible for providing their report cards to sponsors each semester. Keeping an acceptable level is important but is not a requirement for the ministry. We would like to assist whenever possible.

3. Conduct
JFJ members will always conduct themselves as young Christian ladies within the class and at all times. Members will be obedient to the instructions from their sponsors. All ladies will be representative of this ministry and we are hopeful that those ladies younger who are looking to enter the ministry will see them as mentors and models of the Jewels for Jesus ministry.

4. Dress Standards:
T-shirts will be required for any field trips or visits outside the church to maintain recognition and safety (security). Parents may order 1 or more. T-shirt order forms will be sent to parents upon receipt of this form.

Parents will be contacted of any concerns.

Mandatory Meetings:
Young ladies are required to follow all meeting schedules and JFJ Events.
- Sunday Meetings- 9:30 to 10:45 twice monthly
- 2nd and Fourth Mondays (Cedar Hill room 25 on new wing)
- All events will be announced

Accountability Standards Agreement:
The agreement is entered into by the Community Missionary Baptist Church Jewels for Jesus sponsors:

All parties agree to abide by the standards outlined in this agreement. Parents, please review this agreement with your daughters before completing submission. Submission of the form is accepted as your agreement.
