The lead booking person must be aged 21 and over and is responsible for signing this form and is held responsible for any damage or loss & accepts the terms and conditions of this booking.
These terms and conditions form part of the agreement between the hirer as named on booking form and the owners of the holiday accommodation (we act as a third party only for Caravan 3 and onwards ). It is important that you read them prior to agreeing to them. Agreement is made by signing the booking form and returning to us either by email or post, alternatively we will accept a scanned signed copy
Dates of Hire
The length of hire as agreed by the hirer and owner. Any unauthorised use of the caravan by the hirer outside of the agreed length of stay is chargeable to the hirer and may result in forfeit of some/all of the security deposit paid by the hirer. The arrival time is typically 3pm onwards and departure time is 10am – UNLESS AGREED OTHERWISE. Late departure will mean a £20 charge being deducted from your security deposit.
Cost of Hire
The total amount payable for the length of stay is outlined on the invoice. The holding fee is detailed on your invoice, is payable immediately upon receipt of the invoice and will secure your booking. The holding fee is non refundable if the booking doesn’t go ahead / balance payments aren’t made.
Late or Non-payment will result in automatic cancellation.

Facility Access
We are responsible for the provision of accommodation only - for facilities available during your stay please check on either the Haven Website or Seldons detailed below
Doniford Bay –
The cost of the play passes are not included and can be purchased upon arrival from reception or purchased 4 weeks ahead of your stay (if arrival falls in line with haven arrivals (fridays, mondays & saturdays)

The cost of swimming is not included and is £4 per adult / £2 per child and can be booked in at reception – all other facilities are accessible without cost / passes.
TY MAWR - new to letting fleet - passes required for facility access - £14.95 per child & £19.95 per adult
Key Release
Keys are held in a key safe attached to the handrail or decking of each accommodation. Key release details, play pass form (Doniford Bay) , guest registration emails (Doniford Bay) & information sheets will be sent when balance payments are made
The hirer is responsible for the safe return of keys to the keysafe upon departure. Lost keys will result in a £10 charge per key.
Occupancy
The caravan may only be occupied by the hirer and by guests detailed listed on the Booking Form. The hirer is responsible for advising of any changes to the booking party (no charges apply).
Caravan 1,2,3,5 ,7, 12 + 15 can sleep up to 6 including babies in cots (insured for 6 x people)
Caravan 6,9 + 10 can sleep upto 8 people including babies in cots.
Over occupancy will result in the booking party being asked to vacate
Being a family park we cannot accept any bookings for large single sex groups – ie no stags or hens. The hirer must be aged 21 and over and be on the electoral register.
Additional guests can be added to the booking at any time free of charge if this is permissioned by the owner, we will require their full name, age, address and mobile contact number. No day guests are allowed.
Behaviour
If, in the opinion of the owner (or representative) or the park manager, any member of the booking party is guilty of behaviour prejudicial to the well-being of others or the ower, the owner or park manager may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately and without compensation to the hirer. Any threatening behaviour will result in the entire booking party being asked to vacate with immediate effect
Utilities
All utilities are included. If there has been excessive use of gas part of the security deposit will be withheld to cover costs (more than one bottle change during your stay)
If you have requirement to charge an electric car, please let me know and we can make arrangements for this. Guests are not to charge cars
Cancellation
For all bookings –
If the hirer must cancel their booking, they must inform us immediately by email.
In the event of the hirer cancelling the booking the following charges will apply:
£50 booking fee is non refundable in all cases
If cancellation occurs when balance payments have been made on / after the due date & cancellation occurs the balance becomes non refundable
If balance payments have been made earlier than the due date on the invoice & cancellation occurs the balance is refundable less £50 non refundable holding fee
Liability
We do not accept liability for injury, loss or damage, suffered by any member of the booking party.
Insurance
We advise the hirer to take out holiday insurance where possible
Smoking
All our accommodation is non-smoking, where smoking has taken place security deposits will be retained in full to cover extra cleaning. Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan, caravan doorways or on decked areas. Please dispose of cigarette ends correctly.
Damages
We understand that accidents happen and so ask that damaged items such as quilts, pillows, mattress protectors, glasses, cups, plates etc are all replaced prior to departure - if not the refundable security deposit will be retained to cover costs and those in excess of this will be invoiced.
Refundable Security deposit
£100 refundable security deposit will be payable for a 7 night stay / £75 for a 3/4 night stay.
Deposits are fully refundable to the hirer around 7 day’s post departure should the accommodation be left in a clean and tidy manner by the hirer and any damages reported / items replaced.
Damages not reported or resolved will incur charges being deducted from your deposit.
Refunded payments of the security deposit will be made to accounts / PayPal registered to the main booking party name and address only - PLEASE ENSURE YOU PROVIDE DETAILS ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE READY FOR US TO RETURN THIS TO YOU IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ONLINE BY CARD METHOD
Bins should be emptied, and all rooms clear from rubbish and left in a clean manner as found. Should extra cleaning/ fumigation be required following the hirers departure the deposits will be retained as is the case for excessive damage and the whole amount invoiced plus any costs incurred for alternative accommodation for consecutive guests.
Pet Friendly
Caravan 3 is Pet friendly (2 x dogs allowed)
Caravan 9 is pet friendly (2 x dogs allowed)
Caravan 8 does have some pet bookings at the owners discretion
caravan 12 is pet friendly (2 x dogs allowed)
Caravan 1,2,5,7,10 + 15 will not allow any guest pet bookings (*)
*please do not take any pets inside these holiday homes at any time. Any breach of this and the refundable security deposit will be retained in full to help towards the costs of a deep clean. Any such actions may affect owners / following guests with health issues.
Complaints
Complaints raised following a guests stay will not be upheld – please report any issues during your stay so as to offer the owner a period of time to offer resolution. No financial reimbursement can be requested if resolution is arranged.
