The following questions are very important in determining any possible reactions to our chemicals, hindrance in the coloring process, and even being able to better predict what end result we can give you. It is important to answer these questions honestly and with detail. 

SERVICE RE-DO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY:

We strive to offer the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we are happy to correct any issues that are within the limitations discussed during your consultation at no additional charge as there are no refunds on services.

 

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges for 30 days from your initial purchase.

RUNNING LATE POLICY:

It’s important to us that we can give you an experience we can be proud of. We understand life is crazy and things happen. However, if you are running more than 10 minutes late according to our clock, the appointment may have to be rescheduled or services reduced to prevent rushing or taking time from the guest after you.

 

Past Appointment Cancelation fees of 70% will be applied for cancellations due to late arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We require 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a 30% rebooking fee of canceled service will apply and will be due in order to hold on to or schedule future appointments.

 

Cancelations made after 2 hours prior to the appointment time or after, or not showing up for your appointment, will result in a fee of 70% of services and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. 

Canceling part of your service or reducing your service time must be done in the same cancellation window or is subject to cancellation fees. 

 CHILD, SALON ENVIRONMENT & SAFETY POLICY:

Our guests safety and the environment we provide for our services is our top priority. For the safety of our staff and guests, children will not be able to accompany them on the salon floor or be left unattended in the waiting area.

 

In order to maintain the standard of our small space, we ask all cell phones be placed on silent while receiving services. We ask that you keep phone conversations to a minimum in order to be respectful of the guests around you. Use Speakerphone, video calls, or audible sounds unless you are using headphones.

 

At Maven everyone is welcome, has a right to feel safe and cared for in our space and we don’t solve our problems by tearing anyone down. Discriminatory and derogatory statements are not in alignment with our culture and will not be tolerated.
