Deposit required
A deposit is required for the first 2 weeks of care. The Program Coordinator receives a copy of this application and will send you a financial package (with various payment type options) via email for you to complete. Once the Financial Package is received and a 2 week payment is secured, then your registration is confirmed. Your deposit goes towards the first two-week fee payment in September and is not held on account.
Refund policy
For advance registrations received between March 1, 2021 and August 1, 2021, full refunds of your deposit will be provided should you decide to withdraw your child from the program. You must provide written notice to the Program Coordinator prior to August 1, 2021. Deposit refunds are not provided for any withdrawal notices received after August 1, 2021
