Frequently asked questions about Orders
I have just placed an order, but I have forgotten some items. Can I add the items to the order ?

Can I add items to an order that is not shipped yet ?
Unfortunately, this is NOT possible, as the orders are processed automatically to ensure fast delivery.
Problem with the checkout of an order ?
If you have problems with the checkout of an order then please make sure that you do not use a "security" software which blocks the checkout or payment process.
If this does not help the choose "advanced payment" as method of payment and checkout the order. After done you will get an eMail from the shop including the payment instruction for Paypal or IBAN / bank-wire. You can then paypal the money or wire the funds.
You did not get an order confirmation ?
The shop sends an order confirmation by email after the checkout succeed. If you did not get such an eMail then check our spam folder. If it is not there then sign in into the online-shop and open the cart. If the items are still in the cart, then you should start the checkout process again and make sure that you finish all steps including the final confirmation.
Order status and tracking
To view the status of your order you simply need to log in to your store account and go to the "Your account" page at
https://www.tube-town.net/ttstore/account.php.
There you can see all your orders and their status. If you open the details of the order, you will find the tracking number (if the shipment was made by a parcel service that provides a tracking number).
Furthermore, when your order is shipped, we will send you information by email including the corresponding invoice as a PDF, as well as further information. In addition, the parcel service informs with another email about the shipment and the tracking data.
And don't forget to check your spam folder for shipping emails as well.
