Free recycling bags are available to quailifying multi-family residential properties (5+ units) within the unincorporated areas of Riverside county.

To qualify, you must:
- Be a business, institution, or multi-family residential property* with 5 or more units located in unincorporated Riverside County, and;
- Be subscribed to a recycling collection service through your waste hauler.
