If paying by cheque after clicking 'Submit' please print and enclose a SIGNED copy of the .pdf membership form which you will receive attached to your acknowledgement email - together with your cheque for your Subscription or Membership and GIVE it to the Treasurer or a member of the committee.

PLEASE NOTE that the C3A no longer has a PO Box postal address, as so few members now pay by cheque renting the PO Box became uneconomic - please DO NOT use the PO Box postal address in your payment (membership) receipt as it is no longer in use!

However, the preferred method of payment is by Credit/Debit Card or, alternatively, a Bank/Internet transfer direct into our bank account.

You may also give your completed renewal form and renewal fee ONLY to the Treasurer, Membership Secretary or to a Group Leader.

(PLEASE NOTE : Group Leaders have full discretion on whether (or not) they will accept your subscription in cash)

NOTE : The .pdf form you will automatically receive incorrectly states that subscriptions may be given to a member of the C3A Committee - this is no longer true - but for technical reasons this form is very difficult to update!

For legal reasons the online form should also be completed and submitted indicating your method of payment as this will then automatically provide you with a legal receipt.
