Artem Maksachuk’s Terms & Conditions for the Packaging Design Service:

· By engaging my services, you agree to my General Terms of Trade

· Please allow for 10 business days from the date this BRIEF is received to the date the final Packaging Design is ready.

· For URGENT jobs: A Hustle fee of 25% of the quoted cost will be added to the final invoice for jobs that require a turnaround (shooting and / or editing) within 72 hours

· Final files will only be sent to the client upon full payment of the invoice.

· All information submitted above by the client will be treated by me with complete confidentiality.

· By agreeing to these terms & conditions, the client confirms that Artem Maksachuk is entitled to use any and all imagery on social media, websites, blogs and other online media unless expressly denied by the client.

· If you are not completely happy with the result produced, please let me know in writing within 3 days of receiving the files. Feedback can be sent to: artem@maksachuk.com. Any changes requested outside of this 3 day time period will be charged out the extra costs. 1 round of changes is included in your fee. More than that and the changes are charged out the extra costs.

· Artem Maksachuk cannot be held responsible where information supplied by the client during or after the briefing stage is incorrect or inaccurate.
