As part of our dedication to bringing quality 501(c)(3) nonprofit education to you and your family, Awaken Dreams Creative Learning Center admits students of any race, color, gender, national and/or ethnic origin, to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally made available to students at our school. The Non-Refundable Deposit includes your $50 Application Processing Fee, First Month's selected Tuition & Yearly Materials Fee which is due upon offer of enrollment to secure placement. *Non-refundable Annual Materials Fee $400*

*All Tuition Payments are to be made on or before the last day of the month for the following month. Tuition is based on a 10-month school year; please consult your Parent Contract for the complete list of dates for instruction. Families enrolling multiple children will receive a 10% discount off each child's individual enrollment. Another 10% Tuition Discount is available for any family who pays the Full 10-month or equivalent Mid-Year Enrollment Prorated Program Cost before their child's first day of school. The Materials Fee is not included in nor eligible for any of the aforementioned discounts.

**If tuition Payments are not received by the 5th Day of the Month, an additional $150 fee will be assessed daily until paid**

***Refunds can only be received for the upcoming month if requested and approved by the administration before the Last Day of the Month when payments for the following month are due. No refund will be issued after the First Day of the Month for that month of tuition. If you have paid in full and recieved and the 10% discount, your are entitled to a full refund if requested before August 9th, 2024. After this time families are entitlesd to a 50% refund for each month not attended with a 30day before leaving the program.

In the Event of an Unforeseen School Closure, you will be notified as soon as possible and we appreciate your cooperation. Your Tuition will automatically be put on hold until instruction resumes. Prorated Refunds can be acquireded upon request. We will do our best to support you and your family while making arrangements for your child's continued instruction and safety. We are all in this together.

We occasionally take pictures of the kids in action with the materials or doing other activities for our social media and/or promotional use. We hope to use these to keep parents up to date on the happenings at school.
