TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Days and times are subject to change depending on staff availability. We are not able to offer pickups on Friday-Monday. Only Tuesday-Thursday.

Please be aware that if the items are not located on the first floor our staff cannot bring them down. Items need to be ready on the first floor for the assigned pickup day. Also our staff and volunteers do not carry tools so any items such as bed frames and mirrors will need to be disassembled before we arrive for pickup.

Furniture won't be picked up until request have been approved by staff and pickup has been scheduled. You will receive an email notification when your request has been approved.

Thrift2Gift reserves the right to turn down any items at time of pickup that our staff considers not acceptable.
