  • 1.     CAN I WORK AND/OR GO TO SCHOOL DURING THIS PROGRAM?
    ·      Yes, in fact we recommend it!
    2.    IF I’M MARRIED AND/OR HAVE KIDS, IS THIS PROGRAM FOR ME?
    ·       Absolutely! This program is for young adults in all stages of life, as long as you’re able to meet at the times specified further below. (Childcare not included)
    3.    WHAT DOES MY $130 GO TOWARDS?
    ·       LIT merch, all the materials/content necessary, Six Flags trip, etc.
    ·      Note: If you sign up before August 19th, you will get the Early Bird price of $100.
    4.    WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO JOIN?
    ·       Completed Territory 1 of JD (You can take these classes for free on the JD app)
    ·       Actively serving in a ministry
    ·       Have accepted Jesus and are living for Him
    5.    WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME? 
    ·       Attend weekly in person LIT gatherings (Saturdays, 9 AM – 12 PM)
    ·       Attend Beyond (Wednesday nights)
    ·       Attend a Sunday service
    ·       A small weekly checklist (reading the Word, journaling, praying)
    ·       Additional assignments or projects (we will work with your schedule)

    7.    WHAT WILL I LEARN DURING THIS PROGRAM? 
    ·       Leadership principles and skills that can be used in any leadership position (ministry, entrepreneurship, business, managerial, etc.) Note: We are a ministry, therefore, most of what we talk about will come from a ministry perspective. However, it can be applied in all fields. 
    ·       Character development 
    ·       Organization & task management
    ·       Business and financial literacy 
    ·       How to build & lead teams (through developing a vision, leading strategy meetings, setting goals, thorough execution, etc.)
