SECTION C. VAT

Please confirm you have read and understood the following:*

I/We confirm that in connection with the said charter, unless I am a Member of RYS, VAT will be added to all charges including any insurance against cancellation, any Race Officer, Match or Umpire support and, if permitted, any charges incurred for catering or services provided at, on or from the premises of the RYS.

I certify on behalf of all people named in this Charter Agreement, by whom I am authorised to make this booking that we have read the Charter Agreement and such Terms and Conditions.I confirm that all the crew will be made aware of the Terms and Conditions of Charter/Hire.I/We acknowledge that only those Skippers designated by me and who sign the J70 Sailing Agreement may take charge of the J70(s) chartered during this charter.The helm will not and will not permit any other crew member on board to manoeuvre the J70 at any time when they, or such other person, is under the influence of, or their judgement is impaired by, alcohol or drugs.
