Photographic Release

Promotional photos of particpants and their artwork helps our business grow! Please let us know your comfortablility regarding photos taken at Dandelion Creative Space while you or your child is attending.

I hereby authorize that photographs may be taken of the above registered participant and that such photographs may be published, including on the Dandelion Creative Space website on the internet and used to promote Dandelion Creative Space I also give permission to reproduce photographs taken of my/my minor child’s artwork for promotional purposes.

Release and Waiver of Liability

1. Waiver and ReleaseThe Participant hereby releases and forever discharges Dandelion Creative Space from any and all liability, claims, and demands of any kind—whether in law or in equity—that may arise from the Participant’s and/or the Participant’s minor children’s involvement in any activity hosted, organized by, or associated with Dandelion Creative Space.The Participant understands and acknowledges that this Release discharges Dandelion Creative Space from any liability or claim related to accidents, bodily injury, personal injury, illness, or property damage that may occur as a result of participation.2. Assumption of RiskThe Participant acknowledges and accepts that participation in activities at Dandelion Creative Space may involve inherent risks. By signing this Release, the Participant assumes full responsibility for any risks of injury, illness, accident, or property damage that may arise from their involvement or that of their minor children.3. InsuranceThe Participant understands and agrees that it is their sole responsibility to provide their own liability, health, medical, or disability insurance coverage related to participation in any Dandelion Creative Space event or activity.4. IndemnificationThe Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dandelion Creative Space from any and all claims, actions, damages, costs, or liabilities arising out of their participation—or that of their assigns, heirs, guests, invitees, or accompanying persons—in any Dandelion Creative Space activity or event.5. Studio Monitoring and ResponsibilityThe Participant acknowledges that the studio may at times be unsupervised by Dandelion Creative Space staff. In such instances, the Participant (and, if applicable, the minor’s parent or guardian) assumes full responsibility for monitoring behavior and ensuring safety while in the studio. Participants will be informed when the space is unsupervised prior to purchasing studio access or admission.6. MiscellaneousThis Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted under the laws of the State of Washington and shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with those laws. If any portion of this Release is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.By signing below, the Participant acknowledges that they have read and understood this Release, and agree to its terms.
