Qualifying Terms For Guaranteed Sales Subscriptions :
Applicants must have telesales experience of at least a min of (06) months.
06 hours/day are required from all applicants. Order will be paused without any notice if we notice No Answers/No Pick from the agent's end.
All applicants are required to have at least 2 carriers with voice/text signatures service active. ( Having multiple carries will be a plus)
We do not provide any carrier training, applicants are required to get carrier-specified training from the carrier.
We do not provide any quoting engine/service.
Applicant must have at least 1 state license to get started. With more licensed states we will be able to deliver more volume.
Terms And Conditions American Leads Network:
We require all of our clients to update the lead responses immediately. If not lead delivery will be stopped assuming the client isn't available to make calls.
All lead orders are final and cannot be canceled after payment confirmation.
For all live transfer campaigns minimum of 5-7, business days are required after invoice payment. After payment confirmation, 48-72 hours are required for all other leads.
Setting up callbacks from the buyers' end will be considered a chargeable call, if the prospect asks to callback it will not be charged.
We don’t take any commissions on the business you earn in these leads.
Insurance leads don’t ask you for any social security/license number information.
REFUND POLICY :
All lead orders are final and cannot be canceled after payment confirmation.
If leads stay uncalled/ not updated on a client's sheet for 48 hours no refund shall be issued. All lead orders are final and cannot be canceled.
The only way we do refunds is if we don't deliver leads.
In case of any major incident or breakdown Insurance Leads LLC reserves the right to claim a few extra hours on leads/ calls delivery.
If the client says they have experience +6 months in telesales but can't get prospect banking/health details on the phone leads will be restricted to a limit and ZERO refund claims.
If the client isn't contacting/calling/updating the leads sheet for 2 days, no refund can be claimed. Clients are being notified via email every day to call new leads in their system.
