These classes offer a chance to discover which foods are optimal for weight management, learn about various health topics including blood pressure and digestion. Weekly Topics include: Power of Your Plate, Let’s Go, Getting in Gear, Breaking the Food Seduction, Keys for Natural Appetite Control, Digestive Health and High Blood Pressure Class format: welcome & overview, video lesson, class discussion, cooking demonstration, and Q&A.
