RETAINER/ PAYMENT
The fee for each Makeup Application is $115 and includes strip or individual lashes upon request. Travel up to 20 miles is included in the price, and every additional mile after 20 is $1/mile to and from Fringe + Roots 55 Railroad St. Rochester, NY 14609. A minimum of 5 Makeup Applications is required for all out-of-salon services. Please be aware that this contract requires a deposit via credit card or Venmo to reserve all of your appointments. A non-refundable deposit of $200 will be required to be paid upon submission of this document. The balance of the most RECENT quote will be due 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE WEDDING. Payment is accepted via credit card or Venmo. The full fee will be charged for all appointments not kept without 30 DAYS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION. Gratuity has NOT been included and is at your discretion. If you are happy with your services a 15-20% gratuity is recommended. The bride assumes responsibility of payment to the MUA for all members of the bridal party included for makeup. ONE PAYMENT TO BE MADE BY THE BRIDE FOR TOTAL SERVICES RENDERED AFTER DEPOSIT.

Constitutional
The state and federal courts serving Monroe County shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement, and both parties hereto consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. The prevailing party in any litigation or dispute involving this Agreement, or the Services performed thereunder, shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees, costs, and expenses arising from such litigation or dispute from non-prevailing party.
ARTIST'S ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM, LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY ARISING UNDER OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT IS LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID BY CLIENT FOR THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL ARTIST BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF CLIENT INFORMS ARTIST OF CIRCUMSTANCES THAT WOULD GIVE RISE TO SUCH DAMAGES.
