TENANT REGISTRATION

All occupants of the home must be listed below and updates provided as changes arise.

- The Owner must provide a current valid written lease that is on file with PEPOA. This form, along with the lease, is required to be updated and submitted annually with the Registration Fee.
- If the length of stay of a tenant is less than twenty-nine (29) days, do not complete this form. Please submit the Short-Term Tenant Registration Form. A copy of the Short-Term Tenant Registration Form can be found on our website at www.pepoa.org
- Tenants, occupants, and their guests violating PEPOA governing documents, including but not limited to the Rules and Regulations, a copy of which is available for review on our website, maybe cited for such violations.
REGISTERED/LICENSED ANIMALS

Copies of vaccinations (rabies and distemper) must be provided for each animal, and they must be registered with PEPOA upon check-in.

TENANT VEHICLE INFORMATION

Tenants of the property listed on page 1 of this form that are driving vehicles must present a valid Driver's License and Vehicle Registration at the Administration Office annually to obtain a "Gate Access Card." Tenant and Owner of Record must be in good standing in order for the Gate Access Card to remain active. In addition, vehicle information is required to be updated annually for Gate Access Card to remain active.

A Tenant may not be registered or permitted entry into the Community if this form is unaccompanied by payment of applicable tenant registration fee by Owner and a signed Annual Owner Certification Form is not on file. Also, the Owner of Record must supply an executed copy of the Long-term Minimum Lease Agreement. Alternatively, if all of the terms of the Long-term Minimum Lease Agreement are incorporated into a separate lease agreement, the Owner of Record may supply that alternative lease agreement instead.
