VIRTUAL CLASS DETAILS:
1) Upon receipt of payment, the student will be sent a Zoom Meeting Link. Please have the Zoom App https://zoom.us on your computer, tablet, or smart phone before the class day. Depending on the device, loading and navigation may take some time. Please allow extra-time for logging-in.
2) Students must use their first and last names as their Zoom name so they can be admitted to our private session.
3) Our virtual class will open 10 minutes before class begins. Please have yourself on mute upon entering and during the class. Having your camera on or off is the student's decision.
4) Instructor reserves the right to eject students from the Zoom meeting due to inappropriate conduct/gestures, speech, backgrounds, or comments in the chat. If ejected from class, the student will not be readmitted to that session, must speak privately with the instructor prior to joining any future sessions, and will not receive any refunds.
5) By purchasing class(es), students acknowledge that they are of good health and are physically capable of performing the movements of yoga, with or without modifications. Modifications will be provided as part of instruction; it is the student's responsibility to determine which movement is correct for them. At no time, should a student attempt a movement that will cause pain or put them at risk for injury. If at any time the student feels any abnormal pain or discomfort that could signal a potential injury, please stop the movement and notify the instructor immediately.
6) The class and class material is proprietary to jennyzenyoga, LLC, and may not be reproduced or distributed in any way without express written permission from jennyzenyoga, LLC.
7) By your participation in this program, the student consents to the use of their likeness, image, and/or video to be shared by jennyzenyoga, LLC for the purposes of instruction, advertising, or educational documentation.
8) Upon registration and payment for a class(es), students acknowledge and accepts the guidelines set forth by jennyzenyoga, LLC.
