Setup

Your DJ will bring the following for setup: Full DJ set up (Unless the event is at a location that provides sound), microphones (if needed). If the event is an event expecting over 150 people or is an outdoor event that requires more than the basic set-up, there will be an additional fee for more speaker power to accomodate the event. Your DJ may or may not bring one or two assistants to help with set-up and breakdown (unless otherwise stated during booking) and will provide their own table but will need access to an electric outlet and two chairs for them and their assistant. If the customer or venue cannot provide one of these requested items please let us know in advance so that we may prepare. We do have the ability to accomodate events that do not have electricity using a generator but if a generator is required there will be an additional fee of $15 per hour.

Music

Your DJ will take requests from the customer and/or guests of the event, provided that the requested music is in the DJ's collection. If there are specific songs you need to be played, you must let the DJ know at least 2 days before the event or it is not promised that they will be available.

You may also choose to create a playlist on Apple Music, Spotify, or YouTube of music for your event that can be incorporated into your event to make your music experience more personal. This playlist must be shared with your DJ at least 48 hours before the event to guarentee each song can be added. Creating a playlist does not mean your DJ will not play other music or requests, it just allows them to get to know your music style or the type of atmosphere you intend to create. You can even search for already made playlists on these platforms and share the link with with us or add songs from them to your personal playlists. We will also accept a photo of a handwritten or printed list via email or text message.

Payment Information

All customers must pay a deposit of $50 to book Dee-N-Dee Productions LLC and hold their date. Until the $50 deposit has been paid the date will remain available for any other customer to book. This deposit is non-refundable but any additional money that has been paid for the service is refundable up to 30 days before the event but may take up to 7 days to be refunded. If the date you would like to book is less than 15 days away, you are required to pay for the event in full and that amount will be non-refundable.

The full balance of the event must be paid for at least 48hrs before the date of the event. If the customer wishes to cancel the services, he/she must give us at least 15 days’ notice. Any cancellation after that point will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and any other money that was paid for the event.

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash App, PayPal (Friends & Family), Zelle, Venmo, Credit/Debit Card via Paypal Invoice (all credit/debit card payments via PayPal Invoice will require an additional 3.65% processing fee)

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations must be made no less than thirty (30) days before the scheduled occasion date to receive a refund on additional money paid outside of the deposit. If such cancellations are made outside of this window, all deposits and payments are non-refundable. This 30-day period allows us a fair and reasonable time to possibly gain back a booking for the date, as we will have turned away other potential customers while holding your reservation. If an occasion must be rescheduled due to rain or other inclement weather, any such rescheduling or refunding shall be at the discretion of Dee-N-Dee Productions LLC and current date availability. If this cannot be rescheduled the balance can be transferred to another event. There shall be no discounts or refunds if the occasion is finished earlier than the contracted period.
