  • Setup

    Your DJ will bring the following for setup at a minimum:

    - Full DJ Set Up - Facade, Turntables, Microphones, Speakers (Unless the event is at a location that provides sound)

    If the event is expected to have over 150 people or is an outdoor event that requires more than the basic setup, an additional fee will be charged for increased speaker power to accommodate the event. Your DJ may or may not bring one or two assistants to help with set-up and breakdown (unless otherwise stated during booking), and will provide their table, but will need access to an electric outlet and two chairs for them and their assistant. If the customer or venue cannot provide one of these requested items, please let us know in advance so that we may prepare. We do have the ability to accommodate events that do not have electricity using a generator, but if a generator is required, there will be an additional fee of $15 per hour.

      Is it a requirement for your venue to be listed on our COI? This means that the venue wants to be explicitly named as a party covered by our insurance policy for the duration of the event.

    • Music Requests & Playlists

      Your DJ is happy to take requests from you and your guests, as long as the requested music is part of their collection. If there are specific songs that must be played, please provide them at least 48 hours before your event to ensure availability.

      You also have the option to create a playlist on Apple Music, Spotify, or YouTube to personalize your event’s music. Simply share the playlist link with your DJ no later than 48 hours before the event, so each song can be prepared. Please note, creating a playlist helps the DJ understand your music preferences and the atmosphere you’d like to create, but it will not prevent them from mixing in additional music or taking requests during the event.

      If you prefer, you may also send us a photo of a handwritten or printed list via email or text message.

    • Payment Information
      • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date with Dee-N-Dee Productions LLC. Until this deposit is received, the date remains available to other clients.
      • For events booked less than 15 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable.
      • The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 48 hours before the event.
      • Refunds, excluding the deposit, are available for up to 30 days before the event and may take up to 7 business days to process.

      Cancellation Policy
      • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event are eligible for a refund of payments made beyond the deposit.
      • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will result in forfeiture of all deposits and payments.
      • If rescheduling is necessary due to inclement weather, adjustments will be made at the discretion of Dee-N-Dee Productions LLC and based on date availability. If rescheduling is not possible, any remaining balance paid may be credited toward a future event.
        No refunds or discounts will be issued if the event ends earlier than the contracted time.
