Terms and Conditions: Dazzle Yard Fairy offers a Yard Card Rental Service that provides customized yard rentals for a 24 hour period. The pricing includes the install and removal of the rental. The payment at the time of the booking secures your date and serves as an agreement to the following Terms and Conditions. If an invoice is submitted and multiple attempts have been made to collect the payment, your install will be canceled after 2 attempts. By renting from Dazzle Yard Fairy, you agree to release Dazzle Yard Fairy and all its representatives from any liability as a result of injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during your display rental. Also, please note, booking outside my Service area will result in a refund being issued.
Sign Rental: These signs are a rental only. Price includes delivery, set-up, and pick up of display. Please note, the solar lights included in the Premium Package are contingent on the weather 24 hours prior to install. Additional rental days may be possible based on inventory availability but will incur a $50/day fee. Please let us know by 3 p.m. if you would like to request additional days.
Damage/Theft: We ask that our signs be treated with respect and care. We will set-up and remove ourselves. Do not remove any signs before we arrive to pick-up. Do not move or adjust any signs. Do not allow anyone to climb or play on the signs. To ensure your display looks the best, we suggest you mow your lawn before we install. However, please do not weed eat or mow the lawn AFTER installation (it damages the signs). There is a $20 replacement fee for each damaged or missing letter/accent pieces. There is a $5 replacement fee for each damaged or missing stake. Please do not attach anything to the signs including string, streamers, or balloons. Dazzle Yard Fairy will not be able to deliver your greeting if there is hazardous weather conditions including lighting, rain, high winds, and tempatures under 40 degrees. In the event of prohibited weather or inclement weather, and we are unable to reschedule the greeting a refund will be issued.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: No cancellations allowed. Please be sure you are confident prior to booking. Even if you cancel, you will not be given a refund. In the event of inclement weather (natural acts of Mother Nature beyond our control), we will NOT be able to install your yard card. Communication will be made and refunds will be given or we will reschedule your install for a later date.
We understand some Yard Card installs will be installed at a different address that is different from yours, so please inform the home owner 24 hours prior to us arriving. If you enter the WRONG address, you will NOT receive a refund. No refunds will be given for any circumstances that prevent us from setting up the install that is beyond our control.
How Can You Help Dazzle Yard Fairy: Please water your lawn prior to our arrival if at all possible. This insures that the stakes will be able to pierce the ground. If you have hard dirt, we will be unable to complete the set-up. If it is raining or has been raining, there is no need to water. If set-up is at night, a porch light is always helpful. Please remain in your home/business during set-up. Also, please inform us if gate access will be neccessary.
